Key Account Manager - Digitization projects (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to act as a central interface for our customers in Germany and the USA to provide the best possible experience and build long-term relationships. What you can expect:

  • You are instrumental in the success of our clients, helping them understand their challenges and achieve their goals.
  • You are the first point of contact for inquiries about our products, services and solutions.
  • You primarily support remote customer projects in the IT environment and identify opportunities for cross- and upselling.
  • You support customers in the implementation of digitization projects and keep track of multiple projects and customers to ensure a smooth process.
  • You will work closely with our consultants, developers and marketing team to develop our sales and proposal processes.
  • You clarify technical, budgetary and personnel issues and independently support new customers from the proposal to the conclusion of the contract.
  • You manage our internal resources to meet the needs of our customers.

What you bring to the role:

  • You have several years of experience in supporting customer projects in the IT environment, ideally in (key) account management, business development or similar.
  • You have experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management of IT digitization projects
  • Your excellent communication skills (in German and English) and negotiation skills will help you to close successful business deals and build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • You like to work proactively and self-organized, both internally in a team and with our customers.
  • You have already successfully sold software solutions, IT services, consulting services etc. and were significantly involved in all steps of the sales process.
  • Ideally, you have already worked in a software company, an (IT) start-up or in an IT consulting company like ours and have successfully sold software solutions, IT services or consulting services, where you were significantly involved in all steps of the sales process.
  • Your strong technical understanding and experience in the application of project management methods (Scrum, Kanban or similar) characterize you
