We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to provide the best possible experience as the central interface for our customers in Germany and the USA, as well as to build long-term relationships.

What you can expect:
- You are instrumental in the success of our clients, helping them understand their challenges and achieve their goals.
- You are the first point of contact for inquiries about our products, services and solutions.
- You primarily support remote customer projects in the IT environment and identify opportunities for cross- and upselling.
- You support customers in the implementation of digitization projects and keep track of multiple projects and customers to ensure a smooth process.
- You will work closely with our consultants, developers and marketing team to develop our sales and proposal processes.
- You clarify technical, budgetary and personnel issues and independently support new customers from the proposal to the conclusion of the contract.
- You manage our internal resources to meet the needs of our customers.
What you bring to the role:

- You have several years of experience in supporting customer projects in the IT environment, ideally in (key) account management, business development or similar.
- You have experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence
- You have ideally already worked in software companies, an (IT) startup or in an IT consulting company like ours
- Your excellent communication skills (in German and English) and negotiation skills help you to close successful deals, build and maintain long-term relationships
- You like to work proactively and self-organized, both internally in the team and with our customers
- You have already successfully sold software solutions, IT services, consulting services, etc. and were significantly involved in all steps of the sales process
