What you can expect:
- You will be responsible for the administration, configuration and maintenance of JIRA instances, including setting up new projects, workflows and authorizations.
- You create workflows in Jira to digitize business processes.
- You analyze and rectify technical problems and optimize system performance.
- You create collaborative intranets based on Confluence.
- You integrate JIRA with other tools such as Confluence, Bitbucket and external systems.
- You will work in a cross-functional team with talented Developers, DevOps Engineers and Atlassian Consultants.
- You recommend the right Atlassian products to our customers.
- You analyze the requirements and relevant business processes of our customers and find potential for integrating Atlassian tools.
What you bring to the role:
- You have a completed apprenticeship or a degree in computer science, business informatics or similar.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the administration of Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence
- You are eager to understand and improve our customers' processes and systems, service and customer orientation is a matter of course for you
- You possess a strong sense of quality, demonstrating dedication and a self-driven approach to your work.
- Your exceptional communication skills and genuine enjoyment of teamwork set you apart from others
- Good written and spoken German and English.
