About XALT
As an Atlassian AI Consultant at XALT, you will support organizations in optimizing their collaboration and agile processes with Atlassian + AI tools. We help our clients on their journey toward digital transformation and a modern workplace.
Your role
As a management consultant, you will work directly with our founder Philipp Göllner. You will be involved in strategic decisions and support the further development of our consulting and DevOps services.
Your tasks:
- Collaboration in the development and implementation of consulting strategies in the area of DevOps and digital transformation
- Daily training in AI and support in managing the AI strategy
- Support in the planning and implementation of customer projects
- Preparation of presentations and decision papers for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordination between different teams
- Insight and collaboration on all topics that arise as a founder
- Accompaniment on trips and appointments

Your profile
- Degree in economics, computer science or a related field or comparable experience
- Initial experience in consulting or project management, ideally related to DevOps
- Interest in agile methods and digital transformation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent German and English
