How can we prepare for the start of the project?
To ensure a smooth start, you can already prepare the following information:
- Management of licenses for all required applications
- Access to your Atlassian instances
- Contact information of your IT and system manager or administrator
- Information on which team members can make quick and straightforward decisions
What happens after the kick-off?
After the kick-off, we create the project plan based on our best practices and your requirements. Part of this process is to break down the project plan into so-called epics. Together, we fill these with your user stories and then convert them into workable tasks.
What training do we offer?
We offer a total of 4 training courses, which can be selected from the following list: Training for key users / users, Train-the-trainer workshop, Configuration training, Training for administrators.
When do the trainings take place?
Typically, training for your team takes place after setup, but before the knowledge base or intranet goes live.
When will you make the guide available to users and administrators?
The guide is created before the Knowledge Base/Intranet is handed over and put into operation. For optimal use and to give you the opportunity to provide feedback, there is already a first draft of the guide before the training session.
When will you hand over the system to us?
You can expect to have a fully functional system within about 2 months. However, this depends on both the individual tasks and the speed of decisions. Our team will block time and resources for the project so that all your requirements and upcoming tasks can be handled.
Will the contingent be billed on an hourly basis?
Billing is always based on one service record per month.
