Consulting Manager / Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

We are TEAM XALT, a startup specializing in DevSecOps & digitalization of business processes from Munich and Leipzig. Our goal is to make complex IT projects as simple and straightforward as possible for our customers.

What you can expect:

  • You are the personal contact person for our B2B customers advise them and negotiate service contracts, for example, which you prepare yourself.
  • Become the link between our consultants, marketing specialists as well as our B2B clients in finance & banking, IoT, engineering, public institutions, telecommunications, etc.
  • Among other things, you present offers and carry out product demonstrations
  • In doing so, you will build long-term customer relationships and address key account concerns by ensuring that our customers always have a perfect user experience
  • You manage our project resources and supervise our consultants
  • You develop and manage various KPIs

What you bring to the table:

Must have

  • You have a degree in business or technical studies or similar.
  • You have several years of proven experience in account management, and ideally in sales of IT services
  • Fluent German (native language or at least C2) and English (commercially proficient, at least B2 level)
  • The ability to inspire others - primarily remotely. Your strong communication skills and positive attitude alone mean that our customers always feel they are in good hands with you.
  • You are a self-starter, team player and have the goal of working together to move the company forward and achieve great things
  • You think and act strategically, entrepreneurially, solution and customer oriented

Nice to have

  • Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence and/or the Atlassian licensing business.
  • Knowledge of CRM applications such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
  • Experience in agile environment and/or in classic project management and/or in IT service management
