As Atlassian Consultant (m/f/d) you will support our customers in the implementation of Atlassian tools, the design of Confluence intranets and the development of Jira workflows. Become our ambassador for Atlassian services and help us to find the best solutions for our customers.
What you can expect:
- Support our customers in various areas such as agile collaboration, ITSM, service management, etc., depending on your strengths.
- Advising our customers on the selection and integration of suitable Atlassian products into their existing infrastructures.
- Analysis of our customers' requirements and business processes to identify potential applications for Atlassian tools.
- Development of collaborative intranets based on Confluence.
- Design of Jira workflows for the digitalization of business processes.
- Support in the management of projects and coordination of the internal development team to extend the functionalities of the Atlassian tools with apps and macros.
What you bring to the role:
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable field as well as appropriate training.
- Practical experience in the use and administration of Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence and other tools such as Bitbucket and Bamboo.
- Experience in the implementation of projects with customers in German-speaking countries for the continuous optimization of processes and systems."

- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Interest in Atlassian certification or existing certificates for further development under our supervision.
