Your role
As a Founder's Associate, you will work directly with our founder Philipp Göllner. You will be involved in strategic decisions and support the further development of our consulting and DevOps services.
Your tasks:
- Collaboration in the development and implementation of consulting strategies in the area of DevOps and digital transformation
- Support in the planning and implementation of customer projects
- Analysis of market trends and identification of new business opportunities
- Preparation of presentations and decision papers for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordination between different teams and departments

Your profile
- Degree in economics, computer science or a related field
- Initial experience in consulting or project management, ideally related to DevOps
- Interest in agile methods and digital transformations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent German and English
