Your job - creative, data-driven, AI-first
Do you love content that sticks - and tools that make you more productive? In this role...
- develop viral hook structures for Atlassian-relevant topics (e.g. Jira, Confluence, automation, ITSM, cloud migration).
- you use ChatGPT (LLMs / GPT-4o) specifically for hook generators, swipe files, A/B tests, captions & headlines.
- you use Google Veo or comparable AI video tools to create dynamic reels/shorts, editing templates or visual texts.
- transform use cases and customer stories into carousels (LinkedIn/Instagram), slide presentations or explainer videos - with tools such as Canva, Figma, Slides & Co.
- set up content calendars including test variants, analyze performance data and derive optimizations from it.
- contribute your own ideas - from growth hacks and hook tests to AI integration in the content flow.
What you bring with you
- a deep sense for attention, retention & action in the B2B content environment (Tech / SaaS / IT).
- Experience with Atlassian tools or the ability to familiarize yourself with them at lightning speed.
- Routine in the use of ChatGPT, GPTs or comparable LLMs.
- Practice with AI video tools such as Google Veo, Runway, Descript or similar.
- Skills in Canva, Notion, Figma, Slides, CapCut etc. - for visual formats & templates.
- Personality: curious, progressive, transparent, independent and hands-on.
