Our client GS Consult - your expert for corporate change - has been successfully supporting medium-sized and large companies (including DAX companies) in change processes since 1999. The focus is on change management, outplacement, health management, transfer companies, team development, conflict and coaching formats as well as organizational development. With offices in Oldenburg, Berlin, Munich, Hamburg and Frankfurt, among others, we have interdisciplinary teams with sound academic and business backgrounds.
Your mission
As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will drive our business development and pave the way for long-term customer relationships. You are the central interface between the market, sales and the consulting team.
Your tasks
- Identification and acquisition of new customers from industry, SMEs and the public sector
- Development and maintenance of a qualified sales funnel
- Presentation of our consulting services (change management, outplacement, transfer companies, health services, etc.)
- Development of customized offers in cooperation with the advisory team
- Participation in industry events and networks (e.g. BCL network)
- Ongoing market observation and optimization of sales strategies
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies (business administration, business psychology, communication or similar) or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales - ideally in a consulting or professional services environment
- Enthusiasm for organizational development, change or health management
- Business fluent German and very good English skills
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor and focus on closing deals
- Team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
