What you will work on
- Own the product across intranet, news, knowledge management and employee communication.
- Develop concepts for personalised information, knowledge search and internal assistants with clients.
- Work with Communications, Marketing, HR and employee representatives on requirements and priorities.
- Manage the roadmap and backlog and assess value through concrete work outcomes.
- Coordinate implementation with Forward Deployed Engineers and the use of AI agents.
What you bring
- Product management or product ownership experience in intranets, employee experience or communication platforms
- Understanding of governance, privacy and employee participation in workplace AI
- Enjoyment of turning different stakeholder needs into clear product decisions
- At least one agent or AI workflow you built and put into practical production use

Your working arrangements
We value working together in the office: developing ideas, learning from one another and talking things through in person. Living in or around Munich or Leipzig is therefore a plus. Remote work is also possible. If you live further away, we would still love to hear from you. Together, we will discuss an arrangement that works for you, your team and the role.
Our professional community
Exchanging ideas with others is part of what we enjoy about this work. For our XALT AI Circle in Munich in autumn 2026, we have invited Peter Steinberger of the OpenClaw Foundation to discuss personal agents. In October 2026, Philipp Göllner spoke at the Enterprise AI Summit in Charlotte about how our team built a Chief of Staff agent. We plan to represent XALT again at the summit in Portland in May 2027. Your AI example
We would like to understand how you approach problems and what you have learned along the way. Bring a process you have automated yourself with AI and show it to us live. Walk us through your contribution, whether the workflow works consistently, and what has measurably improved. We are also interested in its limitations and how you check the results. One example is enough; you can recreate it with test data. Please do not share confidential information or protected code.
