Team Consulting: Our Mission

We are designers of digital transformation with Atlassian solutions. With Jira and Confluence as our main tools, we solve complex problems and help our clients accelerate and automate their workflows and strengthen internal communication.

Our passion? Using Atlassian tools as a catalyst for progress – bringing teams together, streamlining workflows and turning dreams into action. With our expertise, we help companies expand the horizon of what's possible, keep evolving, and stay one step ahead in a dynamic market.

Our mission is to guide our clients on their journey to digital transformation, bringing our experience to bear so we can implement the best solutions – the ones that make our clients more successful.

To do this, we fully integrate into our clients' teams to understand their challenges and guide them purposefully through the jungle of possibilities. Together we develop holistic, sustainable solutions for now and the future, all built on the Atlassian universe.

We're so convinced by these tools ourselves that we use them in-house too – to keep developing, share our knowledge across the team, and pass it on to our clients.

At XALT, we focus fully on our clients' needs and tackle every challenge together. Along the way, we stay true to our values and develop solutions that are self-directed, agile and collaborative.

In my role as an Atlassian Consultant, I enjoy the freedom to work very closely with clients across different projects. It's always great to share that sense of achievement with a client when a project wraps up successfully.
