What you bring
You have at least 5 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on machine learning and deep learning.
You're proficient in Python and comfortable with modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
You have hands-on experience with large language models, RAG architectures, or agent systems – whether from projects, research, or side work.
You know your way around cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and understand how to deploy and scale ML models efficiently.
You live software engineering best practices: version control, testing, CI/CD, containerization – not just know about them.
You can communicate complex technical topics clearly in both German and English.
You have a genuine passion for AI and want to solve problems that make a real difference.
