What you bring
- You have at least 5 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on machine learning and deep learning.
- You're proficient in Python and comfortable with modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- You have hands-on experience with large language models, RAG architectures, or agent systems – whether from projects, research, or side work.
- You know your way around cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and understand how to deploy and scale ML models efficiently.
- You live software engineering best practices: version control, testing, CI/CD, containerization – not just know about them.
- You can communicate complex technical topics clearly in both German and English.
- You have a genuine passion for AI and want to solve problems that make a real difference.
