What you will do
- Support our employees in their development with development and feedback conversations, training and certification plans and clear career paths.
- Be the first point of contact for questions, concerns and conflicts, and make sure people at XALT feel heard and well looked after.
- Enable our leadership team to lead well, with feedback, goals, team development and difficult conversations, and prepare people decisions together with the management.
- Develop roles, responsibilities and structures so that XALT grows healthily across Munich, Leipzig, Manila and New York.
- Shape recruiting and onboarding so that new colleagues settle in quickly and become effective, and contribute to employer branding.
- Build our alumni network, stay in touch with former colleagues and encourage them to become advocates for XALT or return to the company.
- Automate suitable HR processes with AI and check that the results work in practice.
What you bring
- Several years of HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner or in people or organisational development
- Genuine interest in people and their development, and the ability to raise difficult topics clearly and respectfully
- Enjoyment of building and maintaining relationships
- At least one HR process you have automated yourself with AI and can demonstrate live during the application process (see “Your AI example”)
- A confident command of German and English

Your working arrangements
We value working together in the office: developing ideas, learning from one another and talking things through in person. Living in or around Munich or Leipzig is therefore a plus. Remote work is also possible. If you live further away, we would still love to hear from you. Together, we will discuss an arrangement that works for you, your team and the role.

Our professional community
Exchanging ideas with others is part of what we enjoy about this work. For our XALT AI Circle in Munich in autumn 2026, we have invited Peter Steinberger of the OpenClaw Foundation to discuss personal agents. In October 2026, Philipp Göllner spoke at the Enterprise AI Summit in Charlotte about how our team built a Chief of Staff agent. We plan to represent XALT again at the summit in Portland in May 2027. Your AI example
We would like to understand how you approach problems and what you have learned along the way. Bring a process you have automated yourself with AI and show it to us live. Walk us through your contribution, whether the workflow works consistently, and what has measurably improved. We are also interested in its limitations and how you check the results. One example is enough; you can recreate it with test data. Please do not share confidential information or protected code.
