What you will work on
- Own financial planning, controlling and liquidity for XALT and Container8 Group.
- Develop useful measures of utilisation, margin, recurring revenue and customer value.
- Ensure financial closes with Accounting and tax advisers and support US operations.
- Lead Accounting, invoicing and Operations, including offices, events and onboarding logistics.
- Improve finance processes with AI and help the team develop these skills.
- Prepare the financial and operational foundations for financing and potential transactions.
What you bring
- Several years of finance and controlling experience, ideally in professional services or SaaS
- A business-related degree or equivalent qualification and experience with holding structures
- Commercial judgement and the confidence to communicate difficult findings clearly
- A finance or reporting process you have automated using AI
- Business-fluent German and English

We value working together in the office: developing ideas, learning from one another and talking things through in person. Living in or around Munich or Leipzig is therefore a plus. Remote work is also possible. If you live further away, we would still love to hear from you. Together, we will discuss an arrangement that works for you, your team and the role.

We would like to understand how you approach problems and what you have learned along the way. Bring a process you have automated yourself with AI and show it to us live. Walk us through your contribution, whether the workflow works consistently, and what has measurably improved. We are also interested in its limitations and how you check the results. One example is enough; you can recreate it with test data. Please do not share confidential information or protected code.
