Why now

From standalone tools to one bundled system

Atlassian no longer sells Jira, Confluence and service management purely as separate products. Since 2026, they come bundled into Collections – curated packages for teamwork, service and enterprise strategy, each built around the same AI layer: Rovo.

Rovo in the Teamwork Collection
An Issue Organizer agent sorts tickets into sprints and epics automatically, Rovo Dev plans, generates and reviews code in the background, and Rovo Chat answers questions straight from Jira and Confluence.
Rovo in the Service Collection
A Rovo agent answers recurring requests on its own, and the Rovo Ops agent correlates alerts into a single incident view, analyzes logs and past incidents, and suggests a likely root cause.
Rovo in the Strategy Collection
Rovo delivers Strategic Intelligence as an executive command center for budgets, goals and delivery risk, and the Talent Advisor agent finds employees with the right skills for new projects.

Common questions

What teams ask before switching

The Premium and Enterprise tiers of Teamwork Collection include Rovo at no extra cost. On Standard, and in the other Collections, Rovo can be added on.

Teamwork Collection fits software and project teams, Service Collection fits IT and customer support, Strategy Collection fits enterprise and portfolio planning. Many companies combine more than one.

Existing licenses keep running as they are; moving to a Collection is a separate contract and migration step that we plan together with you and Atlassian.
