Jira, Confluence, Loom and service management now come bundled into three Collections – held together by Rovo.

## From standalone tools to one bundled system

Atlassian no longer sells Jira, Confluence and service management purely as separate products. Since 2026, they come bundled into Collections – curated packages for teamwork, service and enterprise strategy, each built around the same AI layer: Rovo.

## One bundle per use case

How Atlassian splits its portfolio in 2026 – Rovo is in every single one of them.

### Teamwork Collection

Jira, Confluence and Loom for everyday teamwork – plus Rovo Agents that organize sprints, summarize knowledge and take routine tasks off your hands.

### Service Collection

Jira Service Management, Customer Service Management and Assets in one package – Rovo agents answer requests on their own and help narrow down incidents faster.

### Strategy Collection

Jira Align, Focus and Talent for enterprise strategy planning – Rovo delivers the Strategic Intelligence that reads progress, budgets and risk in real time.

## Rovo is the core, not an add-on

Search, chat and agents across every connected tool

Rovo searches Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and connected third-party tools at once, answers questions in natural language, and lets specialized agents take on tasks by themselves. That's why Rovo shows up in all three Collections: it's the AI layer that makes each one more valuable – not a bolt-on product sold alongside them.

- Rovo Search: one search across every connected knowledge source
- Rovo Chat: natural-language questions, answered with context from your own tools
- Rovo Agents: ready-made and custom agents for recurring tasks

Atlassian itself now reports more than 5 million monthly active Rovo users.

## What Rovo actually does inside each Collection

The same AI layer, but three different jobs – depending on which Collection you use.

Rovo in the Teamwork Collection

An Issue Organizer agent sorts tickets into sprints and epics automatically, Rovo Dev plans, generates and reviews code in the background, and Rovo Chat answers questions straight from Jira and Confluence.

Rovo in the Service Collection

A Rovo agent answers recurring requests on its own, and the Rovo Ops agent correlates alerts into a single incident view, analyzes logs and past incidents, and suggests a likely root cause.

Rovo in the Strategy Collection

Rovo delivers Strategic Intelligence as an executive command center for budgets, goals and delivery risk, and the Talent Advisor agent finds employees with the right skills for new projects.

## What teams ask before switching

The Premium and Enterprise tiers of Teamwork Collection include Rovo at no extra cost. On Standard, and in the other Collections, Rovo can be added on.

Teamwork Collection fits software and project teams, Service Collection fits IT and customer support, Strategy Collection fits enterprise and portfolio planning. Many companies combine more than one.

Existing licenses keep running as they are; moving to a Collection is a separate contract and migration step that we plan together with you and Atlassian.

As an Atlassian Platinum Partner, we support the selection, license transition, Rovo rollout and change management – from the first analysis through to team-wide rollout.

## Ready to bundle your Atlassian landscape?

Let's work out together which Collection fits your teams, and where Rovo makes the biggest difference.
