Christmas is a time of joy, happiness, and love. It brings people together and offers the perfect opportunity to look back on the past year, which is particularly important in our current turbulent times.
This is why we were so delighted about the Atlassian Community XMAS Party. Atlassian experts from all over Germany took out their Christmas jumpers and met up to exchange ideas, network, and of course enjoy a lovely time together.
The event kicked off with an introduction and a round of self-introductions for all attendees. This was followed by a festive story about the latest news from the Atlassian Community, which put us all in the right mood.
The attendees were also in the spotlight: at the Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest, participants had to prove their fashion sense. The three most original sweaters even won a prize.
As Christmas is also the season of giving, all attendees received a small token of appreciation from the sponsors.
Here is a heartfelt thank you for the lovely gifts to Atlassian, K15t, //SEIBERT/MEDIA, catworkx, kreuzwerker, STAGIL, Communardo, netlogix, Jodocus, Scandio, and yasoon. We also had plenty of swag to collect.
Finally, we ended the evening together with a stroll through the virtual Christmas market. This gave us another opportunity to get to know each other better and strike up conversations.

Although the event was held virtually, we had a great deal of fun with you. We are glad to have been part of it and to have met so many wonderful people.
