The problem

On your infrastructure. CollabLayr runs behind your firewall and connects the instances directly. There is no intermediate service your issue data passes through – including none of ours.
No. There is no marketplace add-on installed in the connected instances that would need re-checking with every Jira update. What is needed is one technical user per side, nothing more.
