{"id":34566,"date":"2026-04-16T11:28:22","date_gmt":"2026-04-16T09:28:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.xalt.de\/?post_type=vacancies&#038;p=34566"},"modified":"2026-04-16T11:47:50","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T09:47:50","slug":"administrator-jira-confluence","status":"publish","type":"vacancies","link":"https:\/\/www.xalt.de\/en\/job\/administrator-jira-confluence\/","title":{"rendered":"Administrator Jira\/Confluence"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you can expect:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will be responsible for the administration, configuration and maintenance of JIRA instances, including setting up new projects, workflows and authorizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You create workflows in Jira to digitize business processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You analyze and rectify technical problems and optimize system performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You create collaborative intranets based on Confluence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You integrate JIRA with other tools such as Confluence, Bitbucket and external systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will work in a cross-functional team with talented Developers, DevOps Engineers and Atlassian Consultants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You recommend the right Atlassian products to our customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You analyze the requirements and relevant business processes of our customers and find potential for integrating Atlassian tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you bring to the role:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have a completed apprenticeship or a degree in computer science, business informatics or similar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have at least 2 years of experience in the administration of Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are eager to understand and improve our customers' processes and systems, service and customer orientation is a matter of course for you<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You possess a strong sense of quality, demonstrating dedication and a self-driven approach to your work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your exceptional communication skills and genuine enjoyment of teamwork set you apart from others<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good written and spoken German and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you can look forward to:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Help shape a growing company in a creative environment with short decision-making paths.
