You will receive an email when the CSV file is ready. Check your spam folder if it takes a while.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the email and download the file (you may be asked to log in first).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3.-Schritt:-Bereinigen-der-Daten\">Step 3: Cleaning up the data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Open the CSV file in Excel, Google Sheets, or a text editor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Remove all users that you do not want to delete,<\/strong>e.g. organization administrators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remove your own line;<\/strong>you don\u2019t want to delete yourself!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Keep the column <\/strong><em><strong>User ID<\/strong><\/em><strong> with<\/strong> - this is important for the deletion process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Save the cleaned CSV file.
