Turning complex IT problems of our customers into simple and efficient solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Key Account Manager (m\/f\/d)<\/strong> to provide the best possible experience as the central interface for our customers in Germany and the USA, as well as to build long-term relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you enjoy delighting customers and having a significant impact on an internationally growing company, then you've come to the right place!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What you can expect<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are instrumental in the success of our clients, helping them understand their challenges and achieve their goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are the first point of contact for inquiries about our products, services and solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You primarily support remote customer projects in the IT environment and identify opportunities for cross- and upselling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You support customers in the implementation of digitization projects and keep track of multiple projects and customers to ensure a smooth process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will work closely with our consultants, developers and marketing team to develop our sales and proposal processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You clarify technical, budgetary and personnel issues and independently support new customers from the proposal to the conclusion of the contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You manage our internal resources to meet the needs of our customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you bring to the role:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have several years of experience in supporting customer projects in the IT environment, ideally in (key) account management, business development or similar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management of IT digitization projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your excellent communication skills (in German and English) and negotiation skills will help you to close successful business deals and build and maintain long-term relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You like to work proactively and self-organized, both internally in a team and with our customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have already successfully sold software solutions, IT services, consulting services etc. and were significantly involved in all steps of the sales process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ideally, you have already worked in a software company, an (IT) start-up or in an IT consulting company like ours and have successfully sold software solutions, IT services or consulting services, where you were significantly involved in all steps of the sales process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your strong technical understanding and experience in the application of project management methods (Scrum, Kanban or similar) characterize you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-das-bieten-wir-dir\"><strong>What you can look forward to<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Help shape a growing company in a creative environment with short decision-making paths.
