90 minutes. Your problem. Solved live. Bring the legacy code, the system or the idea you've been avoiding for years – we vibe code together, with AI coding tools, step by step.

## Bring what you keep putting off

Vibe coding is neither a talk nor a demo. You bring a real problem – I bring the tools and the experience of using them day to day. Typical things people bring:

### The legacy code nobody touches

The module everyone fears. No tests, no docs, too many dependencies. We read it together with AI, map the dependencies and write the tests nobody ever wrote.

### The idea that never became a prototype

The internal tool, the automation, the small product – on your list for months. After 90 minutes you have a first running version you can build on.

### Your team should learn AI coding – you first

You don't want to know Claude Code, Cursor & co. from slides but from practice. You take the wheel, I explain what works, why – and what doesn't.

## How the 90 minutes go

No prep work, no slide deck. Just you, me and a problem that's smaller afterwards.

Before

### You book and describe your problem

When booking, describe in two or three sentences what you're bringing: repo, system, idea. That way we dive straight in.

Session

### 90 minutes of live vibe coding

Via video call and screen share. We read, plan, prompt, build, test – with AI coding tools like Claude Code. You decide who types.

After

### You take the result with you

Working code or a clear plan, the prompts that worked, and an approach you can repeat with your team.

## Questions beforehand

### Do I need to be able to code?

No. Vibe coding means: you describe, the AI writes, we review together. Development experience helps with the review, but it's not a prerequisite.

### Which tools do we use?

Usually Claude Code – or the tool you work with, such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot. Nothing to install beforehand: we can start on my screen.

### What happens to my code?

You decide where we work – in your repo, on your screen. What we build is yours.

### Remote or on site?

Remote via video call. That's all 90 minutes of vibe coding need – and you can book a slot right away.

### Who will I be coding with?

With Philipp Göllner, managing director of XALT. I build software myself again with AI coding tools – and show you how that works in your day-to-day.
