Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

  • You have several years of professional experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing in a Software companya startup or in an IT consulting firm
  • You have already successfully sold software solutions, SaaS, consulting services, etc.
  • You are an open, communicative salesperson and know how to put the customer and his needs in the center of attention and thus achieve successful deals for both sides.
  • Nice to have: first experiences with Atlassian, Jira, Confluence or DevOps, cloud products 
  • Proficient in (Business) English

Sales & XALT

We have developed so many solutions, services and products for our customers in the last few months and coupled with awesome marketing campaigns we want to sell our work to new customers and partners. This is where you come in, you become our interface to new customers and sell not only our products and services, but also our brand. 

Help us grow XALT even further and convince the world of Atlassian and automation. While we already have the best relationships with our customers, we want to continue to build on them and improve our B2B model.

Start as soon as possible, either full or part time, enjoy flexible work hours and working from home (although you'll miss fresh coffee and other goodies in our office) (smile))

What it's about

  • Analyze and assess the problems of our potential customers in order to identify where our services are best applied 
  • Know the market - what systems does our potential customer use to handle the problem, who offers this solution, what do our customers like or dislike about the solution and its provider and where can we offer something better
  • Know the customer - work closely with our marketing and development team to generate leads
  • New customers - the acquisition of new customers will also be part of your tasks
  • Customer inquiries - you deal with enquiries about our products, services and solutions and support the customer from the initial enquiry to the signing of the contract
  • Develop new strategies with us around our products (e.g. plugins in the Atlassian Marketplace), our services (Atlassian & Cloud) as well as solutions (e.g. Jira Sync, Atlassian license management etc.) for sale
