You will help large organisations bring AI agents into software development. You will connect platform architecture, development processes and reliable operations, advise on technical decisions and implement solutions yourself. Your work will bring you together with development teams, leaders and the people responsible for approvals and risk. **What we are working towards** We want to help companies use AI to improve the work people rely on every day. What excites us is seeing a technical idea become something people can count on. - Munich, Leipzig, Remote - Full-time - Consulting ## What you will do - Develop platforms for software development and AI agents with enterprise and public-sector customers, using Atlassian as a foundation. - Improve development and approval processes so teams can use AI-assisted development in their daily work. - Build pipelines, integrations and agent workflows yourself and support their introduction. - Own the assessment of risks associated with software changes, taking customer security and compliance requirements into account. - Make technical trade-offs visible and explain which solutions will hold up over time. - Help develop our consulting approaches and products according to your level of seniority. ## What you bring - Several years of experience in platform, DevOps or DevEx consulting - Hands-on experience with pipelines and integrations, as well as building AI agents - The ability to explain technical decisions clearly to everyone from development teams to executive boards, while considering other perspectives - **At least one agent or AI workflow you have built yourself and put into production**, which you can demonstrate live during the application process (see “Your AI example”) - Business-fluent German and English ## What we offer - Unlimited tokens for Claude, OpenAI and the latest, most advanced AI tools - **Senior: €85,000–110,000 gross per year; Principal: €105,000–130,000 gross per year.** We will discuss the level based on your experience. - Customer projects where your technical experience matters and you can help shape both architecture and implementation - Professional exchange within the team, across the Atlassian ecosystem as a Platinum Partner, and through the XALT AI Circle and IT Revolution ### Your working arrangements We value working together in the office: developing ideas, learning from one another and talking things through in person. Living in or around Munich or Leipzig is therefore a plus. Remote work is also possible. If you live further away, we would still love to hear from you. Bring a process you have automated yourself with AI and show it to us live. Walk us through your contribution, whether the workflow works consistently, and what has measurably improved. We are also interested in its limitations and how you check the results. One example is enough; you can recreate it with test data.
