Taking real ownership of our customers' success: you help them understand their challenges and reach their goals. Supporting customers in delivering digitalization projects and steering several projects and customers so everything runs smoothly. Taking an active part in customer meetings and creating trusted, professional customer experiences. Coordinating projects with an eye on resources, time, budget and goals – you are a natural organiser. Helping establish and improve processes and build new structures and workflows inside the company. ## What you bring A degree in business informatics, computer science, digitalization or a comparable qualification. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience managing IT digitalization projects. Experience delivering and coordinating customer projects. Strong technical understanding and experience with project management methods (Scrum, Kanban or similar). Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
