As an Atlassian Consultant you support our customers in implementing Atlassian tools, designing Confluence intranets and building Jira workflows. Become our ambassador for Atlassian services and help us find the best solutions for our customers. - Leipzig - Munich - Remote - Full-time - Part-time - Atlassian - Consulting - immediately ## What to expect Supporting our customers in areas such as agile collaboration, ITSM and service management – depending on your strengths. Advising our customers on selecting and integrating the right Atlassian products into their existing infrastructure. Analysing our customers' requirements and business processes to identify where Atlassian tools can help. Building collaborative intranets on top of Confluence. Designing Jira workflows to digitise business processes. Supporting project leadership and coordinating our internal development team to extend Atlassian tools with apps and macros. ## What you bring A degree in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable field, plus corresponding training. Hands-on experience using and administering Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence, as well as other tools like Bitbucket and Bamboo. Experience delivering projects with customers in the German-speaking market to continuously improve processes and systems. A strong service orientation and drive for customer satisfaction. Commitment to high quality and independent work. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Very good German and English skills.
