## What to expect

Helping develop and implement consulting strategies in the DevOps and transformation space.

Continuously learning about AI and helping steer our AI strategy.

Supporting the planning and execution of customer projects.

Preparing presentations and decision documents.

Coordinating the team.

Getting visibility into and contributing to everything that lands on a founder's desk.

Accompanying travel and appointments.

## What you bring

A degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or comparable experience.

Initial experience in consulting or project management, ideally with a DevOps angle.

Interest in agile methods and digital transformation.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Fluent German and English.
