Source: https://www.xalt.de/en/job/atlassian-ai-consultant/ As an Atlassian AI Consultant, you'll help companies optimize collaboration and agile processes using Atlassian and AI tools. - United States - Remote - Full-time - Atlassian - Consulting - immediately ## What to expect Supporting customers in adopting agile, collaborative ways of working; advising on the right Atlassian products. Analyzing and specifying business requirements, processes, and concepts; creating solution designs. Building collaborative intranets on top of Confluence (e.g., digital workplaces). Configuring Jira workflows to digitize and automate business processes. Leading projects and coordinating our internal development team to extend Atlassian tools with apps and macros. ## What you bring A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence). At least 3 years of project experience working with customers. Curiosity and enthusiasm for process improvement; a service- and customer-first mindset. A strong sense of quality, commitment, and independent working style. Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork. Fluent English; German is a plus. A plus: Atlassian certification, several years of admin experience with Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket/Bamboo, independent project leadership experience. ## What we offer An unlimited contract with long-term prospects; full-time or part-time possible.
