Confluence is a great tool for teams of any size, and there are many ways you can use it for yourself and your team. Confluence from Atlassian is a great tool for putting all your ideas on paper and sharing them with your team. When you start with a new Confluence page, you have a blank canvas. But how do you start filling it with content? In this article, you will learn how to create an engaging Confluence page that conveys your message quickly and effectively. ## Here you can learn how to get the most out of Confluence: If you are just getting started, you will find some tips here on how to get the most out of your Confluence page. 1. Make sure you have the basics under control. Use spaces, pages and templates to structure your pages, plugins to equip your Confluence with additional features, and your creativity to create the most beautiful pages. 2. Do not forget, people love images! Upload one or two images or embed a video if it is relevant to your content. Choose interesting images to increase engagement or highlight important information. If you choose an image that reflects your content or highlights important information, you can increase engagement and direct your readers' attention to your content. For example, if you are writing a page about company parties or events, images or galleries from the party are a good start. 3. Use videos to provide more insight into a topic. Videos are another good way to give your readers more insight into a topic. A summary of a meeting may work better as a video than as written text. And it can be helpful for your readers to use content more easily. 4. Stay consistent! If you want your readers to use your page as a reference later, you should ensure that you format the content uniformly. This makes it easier to find later. And so that what is needed can be found quickly. 5. Organise your content in Spaces and subpages. In each area, you can create pages for specific purposes. For example, you could create a page named "Sales Reports" in your "Sales" area. Or you might want to create a page titled "2022 Marketing Strategy" in the Marketing area. To access the templates, click "Create" at the top of the page and select one from the template overview. If your company has already set up templates for you, they will appear first in this list. Once you have chosen a template, Confluence will guide you through filling it with your own content (and if you do not like the look, you can create a new template).
