Sign in with the email address and password you chose for your agent in the enrolment app. You will receive the latest daily export as a single ZIP file: your Markdown notes, the analyses and your agent's memory database. ## What your export contains

Every agent exports itself automatically once a day. The download always gives you the most recent of these daily exports, packed into a single ZIP file. It is usually well under one megabyte and opens on any computer. The layout is deliberately simple: what you will want to read comes first, and everything technical sits in a folder of its own.

- `README.txt` explains what each part of the export is and states when the export was created.
- `workspace/` holds your agent's Markdown files, including `analysis/` with its analyses and `memory/` with the daily memory notes.
- `advanced/memory/*.sqlite` is the agent's memory database – meant for technical users and readable with any SQLite tool.
- `manifest.json` is the machine-readable index of the archive, for software that processes the export further.

Files you uploaded yourself and other personal files are not part of the export. What you get is what your agent wrote and remembered.

## Four ways to use your export

The export is yours. These are the obvious places to start, depending on how far you want to go.

### Keep it as a record

File the ZIP away somewhere of your own. That way you keep what your agent gathered for you at the summit, long after the online export has expired.

### Read the analyses again

The analysis/ folder holds your agent's write-ups as Markdown. Any text editor will show them, and they make a good starting point for your own report.

### Bring it into your notes app

Markdown is an open format. Import the workspace/ folder into any notes app that reads Markdown and link the notes to everything else you already keep there.

### Explore the database

For technical users: advanced/memory/ contains a SQLite database. Open it with any SQLite tool and see how your agent actually stored what it remembered.

## Your files, and only yours

The download is built so that as few systems as possible ever touch your data. Nothing is stored on xalt.de along the way: our website passes your request to the platform your agent runs on and streams the file straight through to you. Your email address and password are neither stored nor logged.

### What this means for you

- You only ever receive the files of your own agent. One attendee can never receive another attendee's files.
- Wrong credentials always produce the same generic message, so the page never reveals whether an email address is registered at all.
- After too many failed attempts, further sign-ins are blocked for a while. Wait a little and try again later.
- Uploaded files and other personal files are not part of the export.
- Exports remain available for 60 days and expire after that.

Once the ZIP file is on your computer, you decide where it lives and who sees it. Treat it like any other work document: it contains what you discussed with your agent and what the agent made of it.

## When the download does not work straight away

Answers to the things that most often get in the way of signing in or getting your export.

### I cannot sign in – what am I doing wrong?

Use exactly the email address and password you registered with for your AI Chief of Staff in the enrolment app. If something is wrong, the page deliberately shows only a generic message, so nobody can find out which addresses are registered. Check the spelling of your address first.

### What does “too many attempts” mean?

After several failed sign-ins, the system blocks further attempts for a while. That protects your export from anyone trying out passwords. Wait a little and sign in again later.

### The page says no export is available yet.

Your agent exports itself automatically once a day. If there is no export for you yet, the first daily run has not happened. Try again later – the download will then give you the latest state.

### How long can I download my export?

Each export is kept for 60 days and then expires. Waiting gains you nothing, because the download always gives you the latest daily export anyway. So download the file soon and keep your own copy.

### What is the SQLite file, and do I need it?

`advanced/memory/` contains your agent's memory database in SQLite format. You do not need it to read your notes – those are in the `workspace/` folder as Markdown. If you want to dig into the technical side, open the database with any SQLite tool.

### Does the download cost anything?

No. The download is free for every attendee with their own AI Chief of Staff. You do not need a new account – you simply sign in with the credentials you already have for your agent.
